Meet Duncan.

I've spent 15 years leading teams, managing people, and coaching. I know what it feels like to be expected to lead without anyone showing you how.

I saw it happen repeatedly. Good people, promoted into leadership roles, left to figure it out on their own. Some made it work. Most struggled in silence.

I qualified as a transformation coach and co-founded People Champions to give leaders the practical support that most companies never provide.

I coach the way I wish someone had coached me when I first started leading people.
